About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will support the Registered Manager in guiding a committed care team, ensuring consistently high standards of care. You will lead by example, providing clear direction, mentorship, and day-to-day support to staff, while also working directly with young people to promote their development and well-being. Operating within the home’s Therapeutic Model, you will work closely with in-house therapeutic practitioners to ensure each young person receives consistent, tailored support that helps them achieve meaningful and lasting positive outcomes.
