Our residential children's homes are a safe and stable place for our children to grow and be happy. We spend a lot of time investing in our properties to ensure that they are well maintained and a place we would be happy to live in too.
Our young people deserve to have their horizons broadened and to learn how to live life to the full. If you can cook, climb a hill, paint a mural or just have a great sense of humour and a desire to learn, we want to hear from you! Your life skills will make a difference to a young person’s life.
You will join a staff team that is focused on significantly improving the lives of all our young people. It is not easy to make such a difference, and our staff teams show endless commitment and determination in supporting each young person to develop and succeed.
You will become role models for socially aware behaviour and emotional intelligence in our young people. You will help with homework and school projects, always doing your best to support a young person’s learning. But mostly, you will be a safe person that they can rely on and turn to when they need support and guidance the most.

We employ people with a range of Social Care experience including Social Workers, Educators and Level 3 Qualified Residential Care staff.
However, we also welcome applications from individuals with no work experience in social care, but who have a wealth of life experience and a desire to make a difference.
