Working in support services

Family Care Group succeeds because of our staff. We recruit people who are passionate about improving children’s life chances.

We also know that working across the group brings its own challenges, with conflicts of demand and need in different areas. You can be sure that whatever your role, you will be supported by a family of colleagues, and a Management Team who knows staff need to be looked after too. Training, team meetings and development opportunities will all be offered to ensure that you reach your own career and personal goals.

We are incredibly proud of our work, and central to everything we do is our support services.

All the staff at Family Care are motivated to play their part in changing children’s lives.
